01. About the service
Dispatch is a webmail application. These terms describe the conditions for using this site and the Dispatch service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and should read our Privacy policy.
Dispatch connects to existing email accounts. It does not create or operate your email provider's mailbox. Provider terms, limits, and availability continue to apply to connected accounts.
02. Your account and access
Administrators create accounts with either the User or Admin role. Mailbox owners choose which accounts to share and the actions recipients may take. Review these permissions before granting access and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Access is provided to authorized users; there is no public self-service registration. Only connect mailboxes you own or have permission to manage. Keep your password, authenticator, and recovery codes secure, and do not share your Dispatch sign-in.
You are responsible for checking the accounts and recipients you select and the actions you take in the service. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. On a shared device, sign out when you finish.
03. Acceptable use
Use Dispatch lawfully and respect the privacy and rights of others. You must not use the service to:
- Access accounts, messages, or systems without authorization.
- Send phishing messages, unsolicited bulk email, malware, or fraudulent communications.
- Distribute content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
- Bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or deliberately overload its infrastructure.
If you discover a security issue, report it privately using the contact details below and avoid accessing or altering other people's data.
04. Your mail and content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the processing needed to synchronize, store, display, organize, and send that content according to your actions and settings. You must have the right to use and send it.
Review recipients and attachments before sending. Email that has already been transmitted may not be recoverable. If a send result is uncertain, check the provider's Sent folder before retrying to avoid duplicate delivery.
Security features reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every message, link, or attachment is safe. Keep independent copies of information you need to preserve.
05. Service availability
Dispatch depends on its hosting infrastructure, your network, and connected email providers. Maintenance, provider restrictions, outages, or security incidents may interrupt access, synchronization, or delivery. We do not promise uninterrupted service or delivery at a particular time.
Features may change as the application develops. If an important mailbox action fails, check its status before repeating it and contact us if you need help.
06. Ending or restricting access
You can stop using Dispatch, sign out, or remove a connected mailbox. Removing a connection does not close the provider account or automatically erase previously stored Dispatch data. See the storage and deletion information for details.
Access may be restricted when necessary to address unauthorized use, a breach of these terms, or a security risk. Contact us if you believe access has been restricted in error or if you need help retrieving information.
07. Updates and your rights
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service. The last-updated date identifies the current version. Contact us if you have questions about a change before continuing to use the service.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not establish a paid subscription, a service-level commitment, or a separate agreement with your email provider.
